Here is something cool to note. Since there was not Democrat on the ballot for District 3 a guy named Mike Goodwin registered as a write in candidate and then got enough votes in the primary election to be a recognized candidate on the general election. This procedure was also successfully completed in the Waushara County Sheriff race where the Democrat sheriff launched a write in and got enough votes to be placed on the general ballot in November.

Reverend Michael Goodwin is launching a write-in campaign to unseat Rep. Ron Tusler.
Rev. Goodwin registered his campaign committee before the deadline today. In order to advance to the general election ballot, he must receive 635 write-in votes on ELECTION DAY, TUESDAY AUGUST 11.
If you live in District 3 and Ron Tusler is your Rep., you know what to do!
District 3, is located in northeast Wisconsin, the district comprises nearly all of Calumet County, and parts of western Manitowoc County. It includes the cities of Brillion, Chilton, and New Holstein, and the parts of Appleton and Menasha which fall within Calumet County. It also contains, town of Harrison, the villages of Hilbert, Potter, Sherwood, Stockbridge, St. Nazianz, Valders, and Whitelaw.
