This is a rare opportunity to hear Wisconsin’s major Democratic gubernatorial candidates directly address hemp and cannabis policy, including their vision for Wisconsin’s future, their perspective on the current state of the hemp industry, and where they stand on legalizing marijuana for both medical and recreational use.
This forum reflects our Coalition’s ongoing commitment to keeping our members and supporters informed, giving you direct access to the candidates and the policy conversations that matter most to our community.
The Wisconsin Coalition for Cannabis Reform is committed to nonpartisan advocacy. We are actively working to organize a similar forum with the Republican gubernatorial candidates, anticipated for July or August.

I will keep you posted as to more details, but we are having a get together in Ripon on July 10th, 2026, so save the date. Live music and food truck, we are trying to figure out how to include activism into the day also. We will invite candidates of course, but also feel we should do more… feel free the share ideas and if you are hosting a 7/10 event, let me know, maybe we can collectively do an activism thing together, like a targeted phone blitz…
