Assembly District 95 - Competitive - La Crosse and Monroe County

Assembly District 95 = Competitive.

+2 Dem, Billings won by +4 in 2024

Rep. Jill Billings - Democrat. I would say late comer to the game as a Democrat on supporting reform in the past; the “Fentanyl in weed scare” turned her towards regulation. Back in 2018 I wrote a article about her “stance” on cannabis reform. She did not co-sponsor any bills in 2025/6.

VS

Cedric Schnitzler - Republican.

“At the age of 26, I took the challenge to run for Monroe County Board and successfully won, being the second youngest member to serve on the board. I have served on and off on the County Board for over 30 years. I am currently the Monroe County Board Chair.” from his Campaign Website: https://www.schnitzlerforassembly.com/ Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61562112701409 and email: cedric@centurylink.net and phone# (608) 633-3256
